Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized **Administrative and Human Resources Assistant** to join our team. Under the supervision of the Human Resources Coordinator, this role will be key in managing the daily HR and administrative activities of the company. This position is essential for ensuring a rigorous follow-up of HR processes and supporting employee integration and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee benefits (annual leave, sick leave, etc.).
- Organize the onboarding plan for new employees and ensure follow-up.
- Update employee records and internal databases.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Develop training materials for employees.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding their benefits.
- Actively participate in the recruitment process alongside the HR Coordinator.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to human resources.
Desired Profile:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and internal tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Service-oriented, discreet, autonomous, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable in English (spoken and written) – intermediate level preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus.
